NeoBionix Mobile App – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the NeoBionix Mobile Application (“App”), provided by NeoBionix (“we”, “us”, “our”).
The NeoBionix App is a stock and inventory management application designed for registered business users of the NeoBionix platform.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility & Account Requirements
The NeoBionix App is intended for:
- Registered business users
- Approved tenant users of the NeoBionix web platform
- Users whose device has been approved by an authorized administrator
You may only log in to the App if:
- Your organization has an active NeoBionix account
- Your user account is authorized
- Your device has been approved through the NeoBionix web application
We reserve the right to deny access to unapproved devices.
3. Device Identification & Security
For security and access control purposes, the App may collect and use:
- A unique device identifier
- Device model and operating system version
- App version information
This information is used to:
- Restrict access to approved devices
- Enhance platform security
- Prevent unauthorized access
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains secure.
4. Camera & Barcode Scanning
The App uses your device camera to:
- Scan barcodes
- Capture product identifiers
The camera is used strictly for operational purposes within the App and is not used to record video or collect unrelated media.
Camera access is required for barcode scanning functionality.
5. Analytics & Monitoring
The App may use analytics services to collect:
- Anonymous usage statistics
- Crash reports
- Performance data
- Feature usage information
Analytics data is used to:
- Improve application performance
- Enhance user experience
- Monitor system stability
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Push Notifications
The App may send push notifications for:
- Stock alerts

- Important account updates
You may manage notification preferences through your device settings. Disabling notifications may limit certain features.
7. Data Usage

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of stock data entered into the system.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App
- Bypass device approval controls
- Access the App using unauthorized credentials
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with system security mechanisms
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including:
- Software
- Design
- Branding
- Logos
- Content
remain the property of NeoBionix.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
NeoBionix shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Device malfunctions
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and operational procedures.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:
- The user violates these Terms
- The organization’s subscription expires
- The device is removed from the approved list
Upon termination, access to the App may be revoked immediately.
12. Updates & Modifications
We may update:
- The App functionality
- These Terms and Conditions
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
